Chris Radcliff directs his thesis film "Stranger." I had a great time being on set and meeting some new peeps. There was also the historic location we were at. More on that soon.
Always backup your data. The drive with all my work from the past year has failed. Although I always practice and preach backing up, I am missing some data. Hopefully the data geniuses will help me out.
But with bad comes good. I dug through (using the scroll bar of course) some old photos and found a few that I like. The escalators and the metro system in DC are really impressive.
I have been shooting a documentary for/with Joe Saunders, a fellow classmate at Columbia, since June 2008. I was away this past weekend while we tied up the final portion (so we thought...) of the documentary. I took this picture after we completed an interview in a hotel room on Saturday.
When it's freezing outside, I find it's best to stay indoors and spend quality time with friends. This two-inch tall Wall*E spends most of his time on my desk but agreed to do some modeling for me tonight while I watched the Grammys. Best film of the year by the way.
Not sure how many times I've walked across this bridge. I've done it in all types of weather and at all times of the day. Still one of my favorite things to do in NYC.
Two more shots from the "Cred"shoot (which I am also editing at the moment.) This is Charles Cann, a NYC based sound recordist and Tropical Ghana Chef. Check out his site. www.cacann.com
